We were with my husband in early November, 7 nights. Overall, the hotel is great. For three stars, take it, you won't regret it: cheap and angry.
Positive.
1) Room cleaning every day, water, tea, coffee - in the room.
2) we had breakfast and dinner: OK, the choice is small, but we ate enough.
3) very polite staff, there was not a single problem, they always suggested if necessary. But they only speak English, be prepared, download the translator.
4) Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the hotel.
5) The pool is small, but pleasant, beautiful view, towels are provided, there are drinks.
6) There are rooms for smokers! So far, this has not been seen anywhere.
7) Ideal location - Emirates Mall is 7 minutes away at a leisurely pace, and there is everything you want: food courts, metro, supermarkets, even an alcohol store (called MMI, just to the left of the Mall entrance from the parking lot, a passport is required at the checkout).
8) There is a small bar-night club, every day there are different parties, there is a sports restaurant-bar.
Minuses:
1) The hotel is small, completely packed with tourists, who sometimes behave very loudly, especially at dinner.

4) Transfer to the beach is really the main disadvantage, I agree with previous reviews. To book a transfer for 11-15 people, you need to stand in line at the reception at 5:50 in the morning! And it's not a fact that the people in front of you won't come even earlier. Keep this in mind when choosing a hotel. It was not so important to us: there are 81 buses from the Mall to any beach, a very convenient route, 15 minutes and you are already on Jumeirah Beach or Kite Beach. We had a rest in January 2024.

Pros: The hotel has a wonderful location-near the mall, transport stops, metro, 2 Day-to-Day shops with low prices, Lulu and Corfour in the mall where you can buy ready-made food. We watched all the sights by taking the bus or metro. Nearby there are exchangers in a mall or supermarket.
The room was given on the ground floor, but we were checked in before 14 o'clock. We were on New Year's holidays-a lot of people both settled in and left.
There is a kettle in the room, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, 2 bottles of water-replenished during cleaning, a refrigerator, dental supplies in the bathtub.
The wifi worked great.
There is a TV with some Russian channels, but if we turned on the TV, then the Arabic channel with music.
The transfer to the beach was not used, I heard there were some difficulties-everything is in advance, you need to catch this shuttle. It's easier to take a metrobus and not get up early in the morning and come back whenever you want.

The 3-star hotel corresponds to the declared star rating. The staff is polite, smiling, courteous, anticipates your wishes. They only speak English, but everyone here speaks English, so it's better to download Yandex Translator in advance, you can translate dialogues in it.
The room is clean, cleaned every day, towels will be changed if asked, water,tea, coffee are replenished every day. The three of us arrived, they gave us a room for two and put a folding chair for free, the child slept on it.
We had breakfast included. An omelette is prepared on request, vegetables in large quantities, a lot of sauces, watermelon, melon and orange fruits. The food is monotonous, but delicious.
There is a swimming pool on the top floor, it is heated, there were always enough sun beds.
The hotel does not have its own beach, it carries a convenient bus, but it is advisable to make an appointment in advance, because if there is a large influx of guests at the hotel, there will be no room left. At first there were few guests and we signed up in the evening for the morning, but then ours arrived and we already signed up early in the morning. There are 4 metro stations to Burj Khalifa, 4 stops to the Marina. The metro is 12 minutes from the hotel, walking distance.

The location is convenient for shopping. The rooftop pool is normal. It's a long way to the beach - by taxi 20-25 minutes. The shuttle to the beach is not for us, it is always packed.

Nice hotel! Excellent location next to the mall of emirates. Every day there is a transfer to the beach, which must be booked a day in advance. We took a room with breakfast, the breakfasts are standard, quite varied. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel.
