I stayed at Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah and my impressions are mixed. The price is very pleasant, and the location in the very center of the city makes the hotel convenient for trips and walks. Special thanks to the manager on duty who worked on the evening of 25/09 — he was very attentive and helped me, for which I am sincerely grateful. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the hotel's facilities, but the room itself was pretty good. I especially liked the view from the window — the city and the mountains, it's really beautiful. I think the rooms would be more comfortable if there were carpets. However, the bed disappointed me greatly.: it was very shaky and creaked with every movement. Plus, there were only two small pillows in the room, which completely crumple under the head and do not provide any support. As a result, I almost couldn't get enough sleep and woke up at least four times a night. In general, the hotel is pleased with the price, location and service, but the quality of the bed and pillows, in my opinion, requires serious improvement in order to provide guests with a good rest.

I'm writing an honest review) we were in November, the weather was great, the sea was very warm! About the hotel: the hotel is small, but the rooms are clean and cozy, everything is there, cleaned every day. On request, they provided more water and coffee and tea without any problems. There is no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, we use a translator. The food is so-so, but we didn't stay hungry, there's little variety, but it's delicious. We were taken to 2 beaches (both have a very civil toilet and shower) in the morning and picked up at lunch. In general, everything was fine, but I had to wait a little for the transfer to the beach, since the minivan was small and everything did not fit the first time. There are many shops and shopping centers near the hotel, and there is a small embankment. There is a fish restaurant next to the hotel, very tasty. Nice budget hotel!!!
