Yesterday, an hour before the start of work, they called and said force majeure could be postponed to 12:30. I agreed. In the end, they arrived at 2:30 p.m. The cleaning was done by 2 young girls as usual. The chandelier was torn down. When I told them that I had written to the company to pay for the installation of the chandelier, they began to show their character in front of me that they did not like it. It's not my problem. We finished work at 20:00. All my plans for the evening went down the drain ((that's why I ordered cleaning at 10 o'clock in the morning. Today I saw that the walls in the bathroom were not cleaned and dirty, and they remained, the dust on the cabinets was not touched. They also left fingerprints on clean dishes, and the coffee grinder was stained all over. After that, I had to waste time and put everything in its place in the kitchen. Everything was turned upside down. The refrigerator shelves were haphazardly put in place. What a lack of professionalism. The worst cleaning company I've ever hired. Upd 25.12.24 I sent them the bill for installing the chandelier, called an electrician to at least restore it. The third day is served with breakfast, which will be paid for. I'm already silent about paying for the cleaning services themselves, since it's difficult to call what they did a general cleaning. A dubious organization. Don't expect to get a refund or pay for a specialist to repair the damage they caused you. It's kind of crazy.

As a result, this is not cleaning, but a complete show-off, because they cleaned only in prominent places and selectively, left a lot of debris and dust, scratched the mixer, damaged furniture and the mechanism of the balcony door. An ugly service!!!
