I'll start with the fact that on 08/18/2025 I signed an oral contract with the director of the company for general cleaning of the apartment with extras (cleaning the sofa, washing windows, mirrors, cleaning the wardrobe), announced the price of 480 rubles, I agreed, and on 08/20/2025 two elderly women arrived to perform the service, whose profiles were not posted on the company's website. But I wasn't there - my wife was there, it was her gift, he didn't bring me up to date, he just handed over the money for payment. In the conditions indicated on the website, it was announced that cleaning was done well or for free, so I assumed that I would pay in absentia, and when I arrived from work, I would check the quality. So to the cleaning, it took a long time, my wife was away from home almost all the time, leaving the clinkers alone. At one point, an older man came to their aid. My wife noticed this, but they don't seem to be coping. After almost 6 hours, she is told that she needs to pay extra for the delivery of the vacuum cleaner, although I have already paid for it. And from both sides they began to put psychological pressure on my wife, then I got on the phone and settled the issue. It didn't work out to deceive.Being worried, the wife pointed out that the handles of the oven and microwave oven were damaged after cleaning (their chemistry corroded the enamel paint), to which they replied that it was so. Next, the facades of the cabinets were worn and corroded by chemicals with a hard sponge, to which the cleaners said they were to blame. The wife was upset, considering that she was morally suppressed by two older women, she did not even point out the dust and dirt to them, handed over the money and asked them to leave the apartment faster. Arriving home in the evening of the same day, I was shocked: 1. Cleaning has not been done at all, dust and dirt have remained in their places; 2. Damaged appliances and home furnishings, photos will be attached below. I tried to resolve the issue peacefully through negotiations with the director, to which he sent me far and away. At the same time, I was refused to provide a receipt and an act of completed work (delivery and acceptance of services). The director was warned that I would act harshly and mercilessly in this case, if only so that other people would not suffer from an unscrupulous company.
