The organization is terrible, the attitude towards the client is disgusting, starting from the director and ending with the clinicians. I'll start with the fact that on 08/18/2025 I signed an oral contract with the director of the company for general cleaning of the apartment with extras (cleaning the sofa, washing windows, mirrors, cleaning the wardrobe), announced the price of 480 rubles, I agreed, and on 08/20/2025 two elderly women arrived to perform the service, whose profiles were not posted on the company's website. But I wasn't there - my wife was there, it was her gift, he didn't bring me up to date, he just handed over the money for payment. In the conditions indicated on the website, it was announced that cleaning was done well or for free, so I assumed that I would pay in absentia, and when I arrived from work, I would check the quality. So to the cleaning, it took a long time, my wife was away from home almost all the time, leaving the clinkers alone. At one point, an older man came to their aid. My wife noticed this, but they don't seem to be coping. After almost 6 hours, she is told that she needs to pay extra for the delivery of the vacuum cleaner, although I have already paid for it. And from both sides they began to put psychological pressure on my wife, then I got on the phone and settled the issue. It didn't work out to deceive.Being worried, the wife pointed out that the handles of the oven and microwave oven were damaged after cleaning (their chemistry corroded the enamel paint), to which they replied that it was so. Next, the facades of the cabinets were worn and corroded by chemicals with a hard sponge, to which the cleaners said they were to blame. The wife was upset, considering that she was morally suppressed by two older women, she did not even point out the dust and dirt to them, handed over the money and asked them to leave the apartment faster. Arriving home in the evening of the same day, I was shocked: 1. Cleaning has not been done at all, dust and dirt have remained in their places; 2. Damaged appliances and home furnishings, photos will be attached below. I tried to resolve the issue peacefully through negotiations with the director, to which he sent me far and away. At the same time, I was refused to provide a receipt and an act of completed work (delivery and acceptance of services). The director was warned that I would act harshly and mercilessly in this case, if only so that other people would not suffer from an unscrupulous company. We had a difficult cleaning after the construction. We did it in 2 stages: a huge cleaning after the builders and then finishing to perfect cleanliness. Large areas, white floors and walls, high 4.5 meters ceilings. Floor-to-ceiling windows, inside, outside. They have all the chemicals, vacuum cleaners and everything they need for cleaning with them. They gave me the keys and came to check in a week later. The Goddess's clinches did it. I boldly recommend it!

I'm not happy with the cleaning. There were a lot of comments: the slats in the work room were wiped twice, the panel behind the TV was covered in a white layer of dust, the walls in the work and living room too. Dust and sawdust between the microwave door and inside. The dust on the table in the living room, in the closet on the upper shelves was not cleaned to the left of the entrance. Of course, I checked what I could reach while there were cleaners in the apartment, and after leaving I checked with a stepladder. The windows in the living room had not been cleaned from above, there were pieces of plaster left, it was clear that they had been wiped with a rag, but not removed. It was noted to remove the black stains on the corners of the surfaces in the closet at the entrance on one side it was removed, but on the other it was not. The floors and windows are washed normally, but the frames are not everywhere. I am completely disappointed with the service and feedback!!! I do not recommend it to anyone!!!
