There was no such service in any institution that we visited. We came to this place for the gastrofest on Saturday evening, having previously booked a table.
They put us at a table right under the air conditioner, we froze in two hours (it was warmer outside than at our table). It all started with the fact that not a single waiter came up to us in 15 minutes. We had to go to the administrator ourselves, ask them to take the order from us. The waiter came up to us with grief and took the order. The necessary cider was not available (there was only 1 type of 4-5 options from the menu). The drinks were brought almost immediately, and that was the end of the service))
We saw our waiter only 2 times (more on that later). No one came up to us for the next 40 minutes, and our order was not delivered. I had to go back to the administrator (the person who met the guests at the entrance and seated them at the tables). We asked him to call our waiter, to which we received the answer "go catch him." But I kind of went looking for him myself. For the next 20 minutes, our waiter did not come to us, and we had to catch the waiter who served the neighboring tables (by the way, all the tables that were around us were served (some were brought food not for the first time). This waiter said he would clarify when our order was ready. We waited for him for another 15 minutes, while he was running around other tables, he came up to us last. He came over and said that our order would be ready in a couple of minutes. We immediately asked to pack it with us, because there was no desire to be there anymore (if we had stayed to eat on the spot, we would have left the place already blue from the cold, most likely :)). For the next 30 minutes, our order was still not delivered, the waiters did not come up even once. As they say, "There are no words, only emotions."
We decided that there was no point in waiting any longer, so we went back to the administrator to pay for drinks and get as far away from this wonderful institution as possible. When we were walking towards the reception desk, our waiter, seeing us, immediately flew out like a bullet in the opposite direction from us))
Once again, contacting the administrator, we received the answer "there are a lot of you, you see how many tables" (in my opinion, this is not a problem of the client, but of the institution. Learning that all the neighboring tables were served several times, I repeat). Apparently we were the only unworthy guests. He also finally said that a girl would come up now to calculate us. And they got a laugh in our direction (we didn't look like clowns). We also stood near the entrance for about 5 minutes. Thank God we were counted out, our food was given after two hours of waiting and constant search for staff.
Well, in conclusion, I would like to say that we met our waiter only at the staff smoking room when we left (that's the two times when we saw him after ordering). We also found out at home that they didn't put sauces on us (like the cherry on the cake). The food, by the way, was quite tasty.
I would like to receive a banal apology for these misunderstandings (to put it mildly). But, of course, we did not receive them.
I recommend this place if you haven't played catch-up and hide-and-seek for a long time. You can retrain this place into a quest room.

We Googled the top place to spend a fun night. Found it)) our company is selective (we spend every weekend in clubs), we were not particularly surprised at anything in the bar. The security is friendly, the bartenders are not, but they make great cocktails. The restrooms are clean. There was live music- the guys did a great job , then a good DJ. The dance floor is a little cramped. The people are dark - as we love. One big disadvantage is that you can smoke during the visit.

The establishment does not have a paper menu, this is a level close to the bottom. Halls for smokers and non-smokers in adjacent rooms between which there is not even a door, therefore non-smokers will not be comfortable.

We were at the gastrofest yesterday, the burgers were dry, the set was cold, including all meat dishes, tacos with shrimp, one apparently picked up in the kitchen by hungry waiters. But that's all right, it was tolerable with beer...The most disgusting thing is the service. The waiter must first be caught somewhere, then also persuaded to come to your table so that he takes everyone's order. Okay, we caught the waiter, he came. With which face they accept the order, you just need to see (the face just told all of us "what do you want from me and why did you come here?"), with what face they bring food (practically throw it on the table and leave), idiotic grins at the question "Maybe you happen to have a children's menu?". And this is not some separate waiter, but at least 4 people (due to the fact that I had to look for a new waiter every time to ask for something). Everyone has the same bestial attitude towards customers. It just left a disgusting feeling from visiting this institution, we will not return there soon, and perhaps never. It's a pity you can't put 0 stars.

Good day to all! 07.06.24 I celebrated my birthday in Clover (for the record, there were 14 girls). I took the choice of an institution seriously, there are many institutions, and so that it would be mentally and comfortably, it needs to be found. The service is at the highest level! The dishes are all very tasty, everything is fresh, the portions are large (a lot of food is left and everything is packed with you). Live music and disco is just Wow! Great sound and nice interior! All employees of the institution are friendly and friendly! My holiday was exactly what I imagined it to be, it was an incredible atmosphere! We will definitely come back again! We went to the gastrofest and were very disappointed, there is no desire to visit this institution anymore. The waiting time leaves much to be desired, we waited 1.5 hours))). As if we understand that the workload was great-the gastrofest is still taking place, but a couple were sitting next to them and they were brought much earlier, to our indignation, the waiter said that they had booked a set, and they told me on the phone that there was no reservation.
The waiters are dissatisfied with life, which is scary even to apply)) we thought that this was the only way for us, but judging by the reviews, we are not the first.
Of the advantages of the food, I liked everything, it was delicious, the beer was brought quickly))

On May 1, I had the pleasure of going to the Gastrofest. Before that, as part of this event, we visited the gastropub "Plant" and "Beer Hall No. 1" and were very satisfied. The kitchen was excellent. In the Pub, the only thing they didn't decide to touch were pig's snouts. In the gastropub "Plant" they ordered a set, it was very tasty. After reading positive reviews, I visited Clover yesterday. The table was ordered for 18:00. We came a little in advance, ordered drinks. The drinks arrived quickly enough, but the food...The food arrived at 6:45 p.m. Of course, the picture and reality were strikingly different...Euro-wholesale sausages, greasy bacon, stewed cabbage (400 grams) and a mash called "potato salad" made an indelible impression. They retreated after about 20 minutes, without the desire to ever return. Something like that. The evening was ruined. I do not understand one thing - if you want to draw attention to your institution at the expense of the gastrofest, then do it efficiently. And if there is no desire, then why take part?

The place is actually not bad! Good beer and the food didn't disappoint! Minus one star for the service! I would even say the worst I've ever seen! I came and sat down for 15-20 minutes, no one came up to me, I decided that there was self-service here and went up to the bartender, to which he told me, "sit down and wait for the waiter! The waiter came up with the menu after another 20 minutes and that minus 40 minutes from my life :) I decided not to let the waiter go and immediately ordered! 10 minutes brought beer, 20 minutes more and there was food! I finished my glass of beer, there are no waiters in the bar at all! I went back to the bar and asked for a beer from the bartender, sit down again, wait for the waiter for a total of 20 minutes, the waiter and another 10 minutes later I had a second Tank! I didn't dare to order the third one anymore and went on looking for where I could drink beer🤦♂️

We were passing through Belarus for two days, deciding to visit as many different bars and restaurants as possible. We visited this pub on the first day and were so impressed by the drinks and food that on the second day we decided not to experiment further with other establishments and go here again. Awful. Somehow, this pub was awarded the title of a restaurant of the 1st premium category. At the gatrofest, the ordered dishes were waiting for more than 1 hour. But we would have waited more if we hadn't started asking about our order! They brought everything cold! Cold fried meat of various types. It was not possible to eat, I had to take it with me. 2 sets, don't throw it away. In addition, several cocktails and tinctures and other dishes were ordered. The first waitress could not tell us about the content of the cocktails, we had to look for another one who knew it (and this is in the restaurant of the 1st premium category.... tin) Drinks and drinks were brought quickly, and it was hard to sit and wait for snacks while ironing on glasses. Divorce for money with their "wheel of fortune". Buy a set of 5 tinctures for the price of 6 pcs. And instead of apologizing to us, the administrator Evgenia was rude. I really talked rudely ( ... 1 mark-up category... ) I have not seen this before. It seemed that the evening had been thoroughly ruined. I am very sorry that I chose this pub on my birthday. But we went to another place and had a great time there. There, after learning that it was my birthday, they made a discount without asking unnecessary questions and served dishes with interesting effects. (I tipped the waiters the whole discount and even more there). During this gastrofest, I have already visited 2 establishments. And I often visited the past ones. Orders are delivered everywhere within 10-20 minutes.

Great place! Of all the restaurants and pubs that we visited in 3 days in Minsk, I would say the best. Everything is delicious, large portions, good beer and fast unobtrusive service! In other places in Minsk, all the waiters were very unhurried.. In addition, we were lucky to get to the performance of local bluesmen, it was really cool! I recommend it!

Great place, very tasty food and just huge portions. We often come here. There is a hall for smokers and non-smokers; live music in the evenings; football matches are often broadcast, while a commentator works in the hall. The atmosphere is super!!! I definitely recommend you to visit.
It is better to book a table in advance, it is never empty.

We went to the gastrofest with a girl. Such a disgusting service has not been seen for a long time. We made an order through the gastrofest website and paid in advance. They were planted immediately upon arrival. This is a plus. The online-only menu is ok. We waited for the waiter for 10-15 minutes. We ordered drinks and they arrived in 10 minutes. As a result, the order itself was waited for almost an hour. When the waiter asked when our order would be delivered, the answer was killed: "I don't know, probably soon." I was about to leave, but the set was brought anyway. Considering that the set was carried for an hour, most of the dishes are cold.
If you remove the part with the service, then the dishes are 3.5. Perhaps hotter would be tastier, but what is, is.
As a result: cold food, the attitude of the waiters is a nightmare, the serving is inadequately long.
