Hello The issue of my identification in the click app has not been resolved for more than a month. The first time we received a call asking for identification, the operator asked us to send a letter to the management of click, we sent and received a response that the letter was accepted by the company on January 17, 2026 and they promised to call us back within 15 days. No one called, I called again this week to find out the status of the task. The issue has not been resolved again. Today is already February 25th, 2026. I have been a customer of Click since the beginning of the opening of this company and was happy to use the application before this issue. I ask you to help resolve this issue, as the issue has not been resolved through the call center and letters since January 17, 2026.

Click was very disappointed, the transfer service between their cards was announced with a rate of 0%, they managed to place a click wallet in the their cards section, and on priority with a 1.5% payment commission from the wallet. I accidentally transferred money from my main card to my wallet, and in the end, in order to get it back, I was charged 1.5%, a predatory percentage. There is no desire on the part of the staff to understand the client , they even thanked him for his desire to switch to another service.
