I was given a room on the 15th floor: a spacious room, newly renovated, the bathroom is not very good (shower with curtain). As it turned out later, the 15th floor has some of the best rooms in this department. That's why I think I'm lucky! Daily transfer to the beach and back. There at 10:00, back at 14:00. Very convenient! Beach towels are provided at the reception. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The guy at the reception named Koushik is just a wonderful person, he will help you solve any problem. But the girls at the reception are not particularly friendly, no matter what you ask: - no. Therefore, it is better to contact men. The room is cleaned very well, if you need more towels, a hairdryer, an iron and more. I'll give you a score of 5. My vacation was wonderful. The price corresponds to the quality. The service is good! Before leaving, I was fed lunch (I was at breakfasts and dinners), and they also allowed me to check out at 13:30 instead of 12:00. In general, they were very understanding and very friendly. If you don't like your room, ask them to change it, if possible, they will move you. Geographically, the hotel is located in a good location near clothing stores and supermarkets.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel, there are no problems. We live on the 11th floor, it feels like we are alone on the floor. Water, slippers, etc. They report every day. The room is huge, two rooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a TV. Minus there are no Russian channels, it is not critical. The view of the mosque from the window is very beautiful. There is a club, but it does not interfere in any way. The ocean is clean of fish, turtles. There is a lot to see in the city.
