For many years, I have been servicing all cars in terms of air conditioning systems and autonomous heaters from them. The staff and employees are polite, positive, many have been working in the organization since the time of Tsar pea, when the Climate Factory was still located near Kazinets Street. They always do everything very quickly and explain what's what. I do not know the prices, I have not compared them with other organizations, since this one will definitely not refuel the air conditioner without eliminating the cause of the leak.

Refueling an air conditioner is not much more expensive than others. A candle was changed in the heater and its price is 4 times more expensive than it is sold on the Internet.

The review was written a couple of weeks after the repair in the service. Warm spring days came, which allowed us to evaluate the result of the master's work. Impressions are further in order.
The first contact was made by calling through the search for a suitable service station (Google was to help). The receptionist politely replied and recorded it on the nearest "window" for diagnosis. On the appointed day, the car arrived at the place. The interest was such - diagnostics and repairs. I have owned the car for 14 years. In the previous few years, the climate regularly failed before the season. Each time, the previous "personal" master "patched up the jambs" for a fee. And so it was repeated every spring. I'm tired of this "enviable" constancy. Therefore, I began to look for a specialized service in order, as they say, to feel the difference. So that for sure, and preferably with a guarantee. I went out to the guys without any recommendations from the outside. After he drove his ashes, the master called back a couple of hours later and presented the finished script. But the cost suddenly turned out to be 2 times higher than expected, since the dispatcher-administrator girl on the phone initially talked about other figures. In reality, it turned out that making a rear contour out of rubber hoses for my minivan would cost a normal amount of money.
Everything in the car should work as originally conceived by the engineers of the manufacturer - this has been my approach all these years. But the machine is getting old and I didn't want to invest in it endlessly. Maybe I'm already tired, even though I like this ride. In short, I'm just tired of paying and paying decent amounts every year for an unsolvable climate problem. And no one gave guarantees, they only advised to turn off the rear contour. And this is a "fiasco, bro." Traditions are being violated.
Getting back to the topic. Master Yuri called back and said that he had found new original rear contour tubes from suppliers at an excellent price. The repair eventually cost "plus or minus" for the money that I expected. In general, we worked well together and everything was fine with me. The master worked brilliantly, the car was ready on time. So, guys, I think I was lucky with the choice. It almost turned out to be an advertisement, but it's still my personal experience. I am telling you here first of all about my impressions of the skills of an employee of this organization. And I draw all conclusions after the fact. This is how the first acquaintance with the Climate Pro came out - without recommendations, without a "sundress", etc. I just trusted him, coming through the usual advertising. So, master Yuri likes for the work done and attentive attitude, and thanks to the service management for the receipt with seals, signatures and a guarantee. I wish you to continue to maintain a high level of skill. And even more great reviews and satisfied customers.

We sold an air conditioner pressure sensor from an unknown manufacturer worth 60p for 150p. + 30p. work! The cost of the original is 96 rubles.! No one agreed on the cost of the sensor before installation, the cost was found out only at the checkout. The result is 180 rubles. It's very similar to a divorce!

I turned to the Mercedes truck with the need to repair the car cooler. He warned that the compressor and fan are working in the refrigerator and most likely there is a refrigerant leak. They accepted it, but they did not give any acceptance documents. A couple of days later (after my call) they said that my compressor was not working properly. I refused to replace the compressor. As a result, they gave me a half-disassembled refrigerator with a faulty compressor (as I was convinced by connecting it to the car). They demanded 20 rubles from me for the so-called diagnosis, but they didn't give me a check. I consider this a scam. I estimate the damage at 800 Belarusian rubles.

I do not advise contacting the Climate Pro. On a 2017 car, which was previously serviced at a service center and has the whole story to date, I contacted this company with the problem of a compressor for an air conditioner. Previously, I took it off on my own and took it for repair. They fixed it, it worked immediately, they gave a warranty for repairs, valid for a month, paid 160 rubles. After a couple of days, the air conditioner stopped working. I checked the gas station-there was freon, the system was airtight. I arrived under warranty, recorded, handed over the car, the master came out, checked for leaks, said that the problem was in the compressor. During the day, no one called back, dialed independently, but received an answer: "call me back later." I arrived on my own, and then the circus began. The same master who checked for leaks began to tell me a story about the fact that there was no freon in the system, the system was leaky, it was necessary to diagnose, most likely the tube was leaking. In total, 40 rubles for removal, 40 then for installation, for diagnosis and repair, another separate amount (depending on what they find), and of course refueling with freon (on average about 40 rubles). In total, the amount ran up almost like the cost of a new compressor. As a result, the money was returned after the proceedings, but I will still have to pay for the freon refueling myself later. But the story does not end there, later I discovered that my compressor was in 2013, and the car was in 2017 and there is a complete history from the service center. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND CONTACTING.

Well, this is a twofold impression, I stopped by for the diagnosis of Kondey on the 3rd Stage, they called back, said that the high-pressure tube should be soldered, the price of the issue is 450 rubles. I took the time to think. I learned from people that it costs an average of 200 rubles in the city. He refused, asking at the same time that the compressor be visually inspected. The car was lifted and inspected. The compressor is visually clean.
I asked for a paper indicating the malfunction, they gave it, but only with an indication that a diagnosis had been made, there were no specifics in the document. Now I gave it away elsewhere for 200)), I'm waiting, but what if it's not about the tube?))
As a result: we did it in another HUNDRED for 210 rubles. with refueling.
