My husband went to Laura to clean his ears, because in a month we will go to the sea, and last year I had to urgently look for a place to wash my ears after bathing in a foreign country. But ENT categorically refused to wash her ears, allegedly there are no plugs, there is nothing to wash. Her husband's pleas were ignored, although his ears have been blocked every six months or even more often all his life, which he tried to explain. The result - after 2 weeks, my ears were blocked, I had to make an appointment with Laura urgently. An interesting waste of money. Spend 80 rubles so that the doctor refuses to wash his ears, and after 2 weeks go to the doctor again.

Anastasia Vladimirovna Yevtushenko, a very unpleasant phlebologist, received 80 rubles, while feeling that you are in a polyclinic where you need to find out everything.I used to go to good medical centers, where the doctor explains everything to you and tells you everything, and not you sit, ask questions, and the doctor reluctantly answers. I didn't explain anything normally, I knocked down my appointment for 2-3 months, I gave a prescription for a different number of pills.For further prescription, sign up again and pay again. She told me where to buy stockings, gave me a piece of paper with her seal to get a percentage of the purchase, that's the system.

I came to my doctor, she immediately wanted to prescribe serious hormonal treatment, but thank God she offered me to do my ultrasound, and it turned out that everything was fine, everything was fine!!!!! Almost six months ago, I had surgery to align the nasal septum, remove the cyst and cauterize the shells. They promised a golden result, as a result - for me personally, it turned out to be wasted money, wasted time and nerves. - breathing has not changed at all - the curvature was removed only in 1 of 2 places, which I found out after the fact. At the initial consultation, only 1 curvature was reported, causing breathing problems. (Which is why the operation was actually scheduled) - numbness of the lip, as well as painful sensations at the site of the removed cyst, have not gone away so far, although they promised that after 4 weeks everything will pass - after discharge, I had to go to the hospital in Borovlyany to remove the bandages, because the operating doctor was there on the day of removal. - a month later, during a second consultation due to the lack of a result, I heard from the doctor, "I did the operation well, well, if you WANT, we'll cauterize you again." Doctor Kozelko G.K. The good news is that the operation itself went without complications, the wards are excellent, the doctors /nurses on duty are also wonderful, everyone tried to help and ease the postoperative period. The assessment would have been higher if the consultation BEFORE the operation had been more complete and attentive. And I didn't find out about the second curvature and so on after the fact.

I believe that a person in a paid institution should be a professional in his field and be able to explain everything competently to an ordinary patient. And I would like to add that it would be necessary to communicate with patients more politely. The doctor did an ultrasound and did not say anything intelligible and understandable , my questions to the doctor were not answered . The doctor did not have the desire to explain in an accessible language (I am not a doctor). I have no desire to go to your clinic anymore and I will not recommend it to anyone.
