On 06.11.2024, I was at an appointment at the ophthalmology department of the VSMU clinic. Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. I would like to express my special gratitude to Natalia Igorevna, the head of the Alekhno department, and Tatyana Gennadyevna Zuikova, the doctor, for their professionalism, responsible execution of all examinations and a clear and understandable conclusion. And, in general, all the specialists are young, very beautiful and competent.

I recently underwent a full eye examination at the ophthalmology center of the VSMU clinic and was very satisfied. The team of doctors turned out to be incredibly responsive and polite. I would especially like to mention Dr. Tatyana Gennadievna Zuikova. My first examination with a fundus lens was very easy due to her professionalism and attentive approach. She also gave me excellent advice on the results of the examination and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend this clinic!

This is the first time I have written a negative review, I am simply shocked by the attitude of the specialists of the paid clinic towards the patients.After reading the laudatory responses, I decided to make an appointment with a phlebologist, my thorny path began on December 18, every day they told me to call tomorrow we have no schedule, on December 8, calling at 11:00, they told me that there were no more places, to say that I was shocked,not to say anything((,after my indignation and question Why is that???you fed me breakfast yourself, you miraculously found time for me on January 3 at 13.15, on the morning of January 3 they called me from the clinic and asked me to come at 12.15, I unconditionally came... and???after sitting for an extra 30 minutes, asking the receptionist why they didn't take me, but they took the people in front of me who were alone at the consultation before the New Year, then the patient who was in the morning, then some other patient, I got the answer-WELL, IT TURNED OUT THAT way, are you serious???You called me an hour earlier for what???Sit in the hallway??Did you want to get off early on a pre-holiday day?What about my time?I want to remind you that you take money for consulting, and if you do, then be kind and respectful to the people who pay you; my time is also money!If you are late, these are your problems, then first take the person by appointment, and in the remaining time those who were supposedly two weeks earlier.The work has not been adjusted, there is no respect for patients.Maybe the clinic has good specialists, but the organization of consultations is disgusting!A huge disadvantage to the manager, for such a disrespectful attitude towards people!

I was at the ophthalmology center. I liked everything. The staff is very nice. His eyesight was checked from beginning to end. The whole procedure takes about an hour. It is better not to drive a car, the eyes after the procedure are red like a vampire's. They issued prescriptions and recommendations.

The prices are very liberal, lower than in another private clinic. It is especially comfortable to wait on the 4th floor - soft sofas, tea, coffee.

I suggested writing it down for any month, for example March, and in response, call me back the day after tomorrow. Ha-ha... The reception desk is disgusting!!! First, they make an appointment with one doctor, after three days they postpone the time and change the doctor, thinking for you about the lack of principle of the one who will treat. First, I went to the ophthalmologist - there are no questions, everything is fine, the doctor is an excellent professional! But then I came to take a commission for a driver's license. There are no questions about the staff, but there are questions about the management, about the organization. There is a huge queue for ONE specialist, who writes a referral for further examination of all doctors. As a result, each person spends about an hour just waiting in line for this specialist, and then the entire commission goes through in 10 minutes! Then you will put in a second specialist of the same kind to relieve the queue and increase customer loyalty!

Disgusting clinic!!! Divorced for money, empty chatter… I passed a commission for work, one analysis was not enough. I said that I would go and take it quickly at a paid laboratory, I would bring it the next day. They convinced me to take it from them, and it will also be ready the next day. I arrived, they said that there was an error, I will be ready in 3 days! Please figure out how your laboratory functions so that people don't pay twice for the same tests!
