A beautiful architectural complex. There is an ancient Taraz complex nearby. You can rent an electric scooter and drive around. There are souvenir shops. However, it is desirable to have cash or a card from Kazakhstani banks such as the Caspian Bank.

The watch is great, but honestly there is no desire to walk along the Arbat, the paving stones were laid haphazardly. The benches are without canopies, and the local drunks are in the way. It is better to cross the road where the fountains are there and it is beautiful and safe.

Another monument to wasted money. The clock is not running. The tile is falling off.and if important people come, a crane arrives and tricks the local big ben, once again spending money on it. The ringing of bells from Chinese wheezing speakers with a standard melody from a computer is an indicator of attention and love for citizens.

It is very unusual for our city. The clock on the tower strikes every half hour. We live nearby, so we can hear them. But often the clock does not strike. Personally, I like the tower. It's a good idea. Every city should have some kind of big clock, so we have it.
