I decided to test cloudpark hosting services.by and purchased a VPS for a month. Three weeks have passed since the payment, but the server has remained in the "processing" status. It seems that the deployment system of virtual machines simply does not work or freezes. Technical support does not respond to requests: tickets in the dashboard remain unanswered for almost a month, the Telegram bot is also silent, and there is no phone to contact technical support at all. As a result, the service was never provided, the money was wasted, and it was impossible to get help. For a long time using different hosting services, from the most budget to serious cloud providers, this is the first time I have encountered such a low quality of service. Hosting makes a beautiful impression on the website and in the dashboard, but in fact the client remains without service and support. Awful.

From January 6 to January 14, I tried to reissue SSL certificates for websites 600.by , 900.by and remont.600.by . After the certificates expired, the sites stopped working over HTTPS. Within a week, CloudPark technical support did not solve the problem. As a temporary solution, I was asked to generate the certificate myself. As a result, the sites had to be moved to another hosting, where Let's Encrypt SSL certificates were installed and started working without additional actions.

the most terrible hosting. They haven't responded to tickets for months, there are no support phones at all!!! i.e. if your site doesn't work, then you don't even have anywhere to turn. We had several accounts, and failures occur regularly on all of them. I have attached screenshots from correspondence with support, the dates are visible there as long as they do not respond. I also attached data for monitoring work and site outages. Draw conclusions. With such stability of the servers top positions in Google and Yandex do not wait.
