This is usually a great place with excellent cuisine (Honey Butter was as good as ever!), but today's visit was unsuccessful due to problems with the service and the temperature of the dishes. • Drinks: Fermented tea was brought. The bartender said that "everything is fine" — this is unacceptable! The Red Bull was warm, without ice. • Dishes: Coco burger and lentil soup were cold. • Service: Deeply disappointed by the bartender's reaction. The waiter, Vladimir, just came back with his answer and didn't offer an alternative, which is strange. • Positive: I would especially like to note the attentive and caring attitude towards pets — they immediately brought us a bowl of water. • Bottom line: The manager apologized and removed the tea from the bill. However, serious mistakes in the quality of drinks and the work of the staff ruined the impression. Please pay special attention to staff training and temperature control of meals.
