If you respect coffee, then you have nothing to do here. The principle of the barista (she is also the hostess of the establishment) at the bar: she cooks what only she likes. Its taste: it's Arabica without acid (which is nonsense in itself): Vietnam (Raivbel roaster). The volumes of the drinks are strange (250 and 350ml flat, both supposedly for double shots of espresso, but with different grain sizes). According to her, this is the modern norm (no). I took flat white. The milk is superheated (I waited a few minutes for it to cool down). The coffee was thrown into the nearest trash can. Judging by the restaurant's menu, the emphasis is on diluting mediocre coffee with various syrups. If you get coffee in online coffee shops, then you can probably get it here.
