I love this boom coffee on Kenesary. Convenient location in the area, the park is immediately nearby. Although there are many coffee shops nearby, I like this one better. I would like to share my opinion that the Croissant does not look very good, but it tastes divinely crispy, the most delicate milk chocolate, with delicious crispy balls. I took citrus, did not regret spending 1600 tenge. I also took Tom Yam to take away, well packed, very tasty, saturated. I do not understand what people are not happy with when visiting this coffee shop, for me it is cozy, bright, and a pleasant living atmosphere. There are always a lot of people, however, this does not prevent the team from doing their job well, I will come again not once

I was lucky enough to get here while I was on a business trip. I like the price/quality ratio, but the last visit was disappointing. I ordered a signature burger with mozzarella as in the picture on the menu, there is a brioche bun and you can see a lot of mozzarella.
First, they brought me a burger with an ordinary bun where there was no cheese at all, I asked if it was exactly mine, they said they were wrong, apparently, and went to redo it.
Then they brought me all the same burger filling on a brioche, which had cooled down. I asked to find cheese for the burger, because it is still not there (the waiter is silent and agrees, apologizes).
The admin girl comes, asks what's wrong, I explain everything, she apologizes and says that the boss will come up now, she leaves.
It takes another 5-8 minutes and she comes with the same burger with only a slightly warmed cutlet and explains that mozzarella is already in the cutlet (although it is not visible, just the cutlet is a little more tender).
From this I conclude that either their menu misleads guests, or they just ran out of mozzarella and this is such an excuse.

Atmosphere: flies and mosquitoes are flying. the target audience is somewhat controversial, there are a lot of people with children, it will not work out to sit or study. I didn't really understand where to look at the current menu, according to the QR code on the sign there were several positions that glowed on the screens in the hall, there were no waiters (or I failed to notice them during 4 visits). the interior, in my opinion, is quite outdated, very colorful, it does not go well with the palette of colors in which social networks (black and white), glasses are decorated.
