Long cooking (porridge and English breakfast were cooked in the morning for 40 minutes from the moment of ordering). I wanted to order a banana for porridge, they said that there were no bananas, since there was no light and all the products were taken to another restaurant). Next, I originally wanted to order a scramble, but I was told that there is no scramble now and there is nothing to eat at all, but there are only 3 types of breakfasts: English, Scottish and some other similar. But there is no scramble. I chose one of the suggested ones. And suddenly, after a while (5 minutes before the English Breakfast was brought to me), another waiter brings to other guests the very scramble that I asked for, and which, according to the waiter serving me, was in the stack. There was no limit to my emotions and when the waiter brought me breakfast, I asked: "Has the scramble already appeared?", they said to me as if nothing had happened: "Yes." Draw conclusions from this situation. By the way, we really liked CoffeeBoom at the Forum shopping center, the whole family had been there 3 times before, we did not think that the service in 2 restaurants of the same chain could be so different.

Such a disgusting service needs to be searched for) To go in for lunch with a reserve, you need to take 3 + hours to initially wait for the waiter, then wait for your order, among other things, remind you about the dishes that were forgotten, and of course wait for the bill no less) And this opinion is not because of a single case, it is the observation of the network of this institution in Almaty, and so far there have been no exceptions.
