Food is fine. No menus in English, available menus are falling apart. Took 15 minutes to call the server. No sugar on the table, ran out of napkins.
Disappointing. Another location in Keruen shopping mall is excellent

It's a wonderful place. I highly recommend a visit. The service is unobtrusive. You feel like a real guest. The coffee is great. Believe me, there are not many places where you can drink a cup of black coffee, I do not know for sure which country of grain, but it tastes very tasty and resembles Arabica from Ethiopia, and it is naturally processed and brewed in a very good professional apparatus.
I will definitely come here next time. This place can be noted as a plus - here you can see the triumph of the architectural splendor of the capital!

The atmosphere is very pleasant, you can sit with pleasure, no one is in a hurry, the waiters are very polite. All the food and drinks are delicious. We ordered steak salad here on different days (you can specify the roasting), ramen with beef (it was spicy), ramen with dumplings (satisfying), croissant with salmon, Danish hotdog, Austrian breakfast, brownies - everything. The only thing that was "three" was a salad with shrimp, avocado and herbs - there were too many cucumbers and they were already soft.

One of the most pleasant impressions about the city was formed thanks to the team of this cafe! You guys are great! On the second day of arrival, we refused to go anywhere else, because it was insanely delicious! We got there for breakfast while we were waiting to check into the hotel and everything was brought to us quickly, the portions were large, and most importantly, everything was very tasty! And then we already came for lunch and dinner! We were greeted by friendly waiters who surrounded us with maximum care! Everything we took was great! Every time we tried something new and every time we were delighted! I wish the guys prosperity! It is a huge effort to keep such a cool quality with an extensive menu and a large number of seats!

A delightful cafe! Amazing cuisine! Usually I'm too lazy to write reviews, but the "Languid cheeks of a bull with mashed potatoes" made me take the time.. And "Ojahuri"?!!. It's sooo delicious! The service is also excellent. Young, smiling, friendly guys. Unobtrusive music. Beautiful interior. Two ladies walk around the hall all day - they control the situation. I noticed the cafe on the first evening of my acquaintance with Astana. Not far from the central square, where there is a Christmas tree, there is an ice rink, almost next to the "pyramid" - the cultural center of peace and harmony, in short, there is a cafe so that you cannot pass by. And my husband and I did not pass, but went in to celebrate the receipt of visas to the United States. We ordered delicious dishes and desserts for this occasion. Everything turned out to be of excellent quality. And one more nuance: the chair was too low for me, I asked to be replaced with a more comfortable one, and the girl who served us immediately solved this problem. While we were waiting for our order, I was looking at the visitors. They were mostly families who came to the cafe with children and friends. So the atmosphere in this cafe is full of children's laughter, joy, love and well-being.

We lived in an apartment hotel, which is located in the same residential complex with a cafe. First they came for the cakes, took the takeaway. The next morning we came for breakfast, the next day we had lunch, then we had dinner. And every evening they finished with an incomparable pancake cake. The food is amazing, everyone took different dishes, everything is delicious. The prices are very pleasant. The waiters try their best, they serve quickly. We noted only one minus for ourselves - we didn't like the coffee at all, neither Americano nor cappuccino. Maybe the coffee itself is unsuccessful or just unusual for us.

A great cafe, and I would say one of the best of this chain, although we have been to this place in different parts of Astana. It is the best because of the large room with a sufficient number of seats, and the size does not prevent the waiters from discussing visitors quite quickly. We were in Astana on business, lived in apartments in the same building, so we had breakfast here several times. The coffee is delicious, the breakfasts are for every taste, the desserts are fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly, the service is fast. I also liked that the room is large and the arrangement of tables is convenient, no one interferes with each other and you can always find a secluded corner.

И так, волею судьбы почти неделю кушали в данном кафе.
Мне все понравилось - большое и разнообразное меню, большие порции (фотки разных блюд прикладываю). И главное все очень вкусно.
Само кафе довольно большое, есть места на улице. Почти в любое время в кафе много людей, но свободные места есть всегда. На улице сесть сложнее, но если немного подождать, то и там можно покушать.
В кафе Электронное меню, а также есть отдельное меню на десерты, можно попросить. Если вы турист, то есть WiFi, довольно шустрый и не требует никаких подтверждений.
Заказ приносят довольно быстро, даже в час пик.
Из минусов могу отметить следующее:
В часы пик официанты могут не справляться (просили стакан воды 5 раз, официант говорил счас принесу и благополучно забывал про это).
В цены меню не включено обслуживание - 10%, при этом чаевые тоже ждут.
В целом, если переводит цены в рубли, то на двоих можно покушать на 2000-2500 рублей. Вкусно и порции большие.
P.S. Лимонад с клубникой мой любимый!)

Хорошее заведение общепита, это очень сложный механизм - так я думаю.
И важно чтобы все было хорошо. Т.к. даже если и кухня прекрасная, и кофе, и интерьер - обязательно найдется какой-то ньюансик, который портит впечатление. В данном случае это глухой администратор, который выкручивает громкость музыки на завтраках на максимум и твои яйца пашот рвет на части звуком лёгкого джаза.
А в целом неплохое заведение.
Круассаны одни из самых отвратных в мире. Это в принципе не круассаны, нельзя местные булки в виде круассанов так называть. Горькие, пожухлые. Хочется плакать, когда такие круассаны существуют в мире. Французский МИД должен заявить ноту протеста в адрес этого заведения, за такие круассаны!
Кофе кислый как яблоки на даче в детсве.
Яйца пашот 🤣 - смотрите фото.
И наверняка обоснованная, но неприятная для меня вещь в некоторых кафе, нельзя заказать отдельно ингредиенты и миксануть их как ты считаешь нужным. Ну вот хочу я не с рыбой и с сосисками но тоже самое, ну вам какое дело!?
