Level 5 Local Expert

The only place in Ust-Kamenogorsk where it's really worth eating. It's delicious, clean and peaceful, and most importantly, the place inspires confidence. The service is excellent: the staff is polite, works quickly and without too much fuss. If you are a tourist and do not know where to go, feel free to choose this cafe. This is a rare case when neither the kitchen nor the service will disappoint.

The food is expensive and not always delicious, but the Bartender got 5 points, served at the highest level, told a couple of jokes, lifted the mood for the whole day, and made the most delicious coffee.
