The design, the waiters, I put 2 stars only for them, the orders are prepared for a disgustingly long time, the soup can be waited for 40 minutes or longer, the second course was waited for an hour. As a result, a hair was found in the cutlet. The administrator not only did not apologize, but also tried to argue, in the end he simply offered to deduct the cost of the dish from the bill. We never got an apology. As a result, on March 8, congratulations to mom and wife were disrupted. I do not recommend visiting this cafe. You may be disappointed.

Well, OK, let's say it doesn't work, they raised their hand. In tesenin, 15 mrn passed by us, pretending not to see us. After 20 minutes, they came up and asked to call the manager. After talking with him, it became clear why such service in the institution and why such an attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!

You turn to the Administrator with a request and instead of helping, she is also sitting on the phone dissatisfied and does not solve the problem, I know that there are different administrators, a woman, a Kazakh woman!
