The coffee arrived 20 minutes later. This is not acceptable, I think. The option of the establishment involves a quick pastime and thus waiting for so much time for coffee... The atmosphere is cozy, but people come to get the fullness of the cozy atmosphere and the waiting time should not spoil it.
