I wanted to buy a coffee gift set, I wrote to insta to order it. As a result, the guys have a day off at insta on weekends, although everyone tries to keep in touch with customers 7 days a week. Then they decided that a day off was sacred... And the customers will figure it out for themselves. In short, I found another place where I quickly bought it. Of course, they answered me on Monday at 13.00! So the manager of their insta likes to sleep more, but how else did he culturally make me guilty that I wrote to them at the wrong time.. Oh, good luck with your business and your attitude towards customers....

I will not spoil my reputation, there are no questions about coffee and premises. But to have a "kitchen" series on TV in a coffee shop, it already lowers the reputation. And when the barista "chats with an acquaintance" louder than the TV :D Well, so-so. Perhaps they were looking for a barista then and therefore it was all the same. Maybe it's quiet and cozy now.
