They complete everything very slowly. A relatively simple order took 40 minutes to prepare, despite the hall not being fully occupied. Additionally, it took an unreasonably long time to bring the change from the tip. The waitstaff are often inefficient. We visited twice; the first time I assumed it was an isolated incident, but the second visit was exactly the same. This is the worst service we have ever encountered among prestigious establishments.

In my opinion, the prices are very high for cafes, as in decent restaurants with good service. But the food is really delicious, and the portions are large. I liked the drinks too. The service is slow. The staff are pleasant, mostly young people, all speak English. I really like that the dog-friendly establishment, including in relation to street dogs, they will always be given water and the opportunity to lie down at outdoor tables.
