They complete everything very slowly. A relatively simple order took 40 minutes to prepare, despite the hall not being fully occupied. Additionally, it took an unreasonably long time to bring the change from the tip. The waitstaff are often inefficient. We visited twice; the first time I assumed it was an isolated incident, but the second visit was exactly the same. This is the worst service we have ever encountered among prestigious establishments.

In my opinion, the prices are very high for cafes, as in decent restaurants with good service. But the food is really delicious, and the portions are large. I liked the drinks too. The service is slow. The staff are pleasant, mostly young people, all speak English. I really like that the dog-friendly establishment, including in relation to street dogs, they will always be given water and the opportunity to lie down at outdoor tables.

I got acquainted with the hospitality of this cafe in LISI Park. 20 lari for breakfast with fragrant cappuccino and delicate cheesecake, in exchange for participation in the morning run along the lake! A decent start to the day! It's a pity that the younger brother is not marked on the Map, which is located in the park by the lake.

The waitress is communicating in Russian with the next table, while defiantly demanding to order cappuccino in English with us. It's not difficult for us, but we eventually waited an hour, didn't get our coffee, and left. A disgusting experience. I don't recommend it.

Delicious food (chicken salad, chicken wrap) and coffee (Americano and cappuccino), but: the whole cafe was packed with guys with laptops (who didn't even have coffee on the tables, they probably just occupied the table) and we had to wait first for a place to sit inside, and then wait for another table again Because there were 4 of us and it was uncomfortable to sit along the window, when ordering latte, they brought cappuccino and when asked what they ordered latte, they replied that they did not have latte (this was not a big problem for us, but then why take an order in latte). The prices are average (perhaps you expect prices to be lower for such a cafe format, but after eating and coffee you understand what you are paying for). The interior is very pleasant and interesting. It is possible with dogs :)

Service -100 If you don't like something, it's just your problem, you won't get a replacement or the slightest discount I will make you coffee with the taste of pills and they will prove that this is a feature of the bouquet of Ethiopia))))) Go to cool places, OKRO, Minda, etc., they know how to cook there, it's just magical to be with them and the service is 10/10!

I took a Cuban sandwich, it is served with potatoes - very tasty. As there is no such latte in the coffee shop, they can add milk to espresso and get cappuccino, but mostly coffee tastes better here if you take it without milk.
