I always ordered coffee with various snacks here - there were smiles. As soon as humanity was needed, I came with a request to warm up a roll that I bought at a nearby store in the same house (there was no microwave there), since repairs were underway and the lights were turned off, a woman in her thirties replied with a displeased look that we were not warming up, although there was such an opportunity (the waiter asked her several times). It was a disdainful look and aversion of the gaze, "They say, girl, go where you were going"). Of course, I understand that this is an unusual situation, but even the answer could have been softer. Next time, I'll choose a place where there's humanity, not just taste.
