I paid and received such a product, I did not pick it up, I asked for a refund, in the Viber chat, they asked at what address and that's it. My question "how will the issue be resolved" is left unanswered. Based on this, I give an assessment. A claim will follow. I do not recommend it!

Of all the coffee shops in the chain, in my opinion, the best. And the coffee is delicious and the staff is pleasant. I've been taking coffee there for a year and a half now. I've tried absolutely all the syrups. The only drawback is that I really want more author's drinks and at least some cookies in the form of a dessert for coffee.

Thank you for such a wonderful staff who can't talk properly and don't make a face. If a person did not notice your wonderful sign with a break until the end of which is a couple of minutes and both baristas are in place, then this does not mean that he needs to be rude. Previously, I often was and always tipped the girls, now I don't set foot, fortunately there are alternatives.
