I've visited this place 7 times and the main advantage of this place is: a menu with pictures, milkshakes, a children's combo, 4/5 food for every taste.

We had breakfast at this place several times. The staff is good, but the service is quite long. The oatmeal is delicious, but the toast is not. I also liked the Scottish breakfast. Zucchini fritters and poached eggs with salmon on a brioche bun- edible, but not wow. Coffee and tea are delicious! In general, I recommend a large selection of dishes, but be prepared to wait for food for about 20-30 minutes.

Everything is great, the menu is just huge! I don't think I've ever seen such a variety of dishes before.
A big disadvantage for me is the long service, although there are many waiters. We had an hour for breakfast, and we barely made it, although we didn't take long to choose.
The interior is beautiful, the staff is polite. There are a lot of people just sitting and working here. The prices are relatively small.

The only difference from premium is the word "premium" itself. I came with a child, they brought us food and didn't even bring the appliances, so I had to get up and ask at the bar. And the food itself....club sandwich, it feels like this bread was fried a few days ago, all the ingredients inside are no longer fresh. No one escorts to the tables, the menu is not offered, the order is not suitable, there are no waiters on the 3rd floor, waiting for two breakfasts and desserts at 10 a.m. is half an hour. It seems to me that tea and Napoleon (ready from the showcase) could have been brought immediately, and not after 20 minutes. The English breakfast (porridge and scrambled eggs) was brought cold. The scrambled eggs were eventually heated in the microwave, although 2 eggs could have been fried again. A croissant with chicken turned out to be missing after 30 minutes. For half an hour, I managed to ask only for coffee, but I couldn't make an order for any dishes - the waiter didn't have time. Lack of productivity at the kitchen level - breakfast 25-30 minutes. Well, the coffee is liquid :-(

I come here almost daily, I take coffee - both cold and hot - I like it equally.
It is also a great place for me to spend an evening with friends or come with my family for breakfast - a wide range of familiar dishes, a pleasant atmosphere and affordable prices.

Long cooking (porridge and English breakfast were cooked in the morning for 40 minutes from the moment of ordering). I wanted to order a banana for porridge, they said that there were no bananas, since there was no light and all the products were taken to another restaurant). Next, I originally wanted to order a scramble, but I was told that there is no scramble now and there is nothing to eat at all, but there are only 3 types of breakfasts: English, Scottish and some other similar. But there is no scramble. I chose one of the suggested ones. And suddenly, after a while (5 minutes before the English Breakfast was brought to me), another waiter brings to other guests the very scramble that I asked for, and which, according to the waiter serving me, was in the stack. There was no limit to my emotions and when the waiter brought me breakfast, I asked: "Has the scramble already appeared?", they said to me as if nothing had happened: "Yes."
Draw conclusions from this situation.
By the way, we really liked CoffeeBoom at the Forum shopping center, the whole family had been there 3 times before, we did not think that the service in 2 restaurants of the same chain could be so different.

I'm not a fan of leaving reviews, but maybe they have a habit of processing what their visitors write.
The kitchen can be clean and tasty, so most likely people are attracted to them, but the service leaves much to be desired.
I do not understand how incompetent their manager, administrator and superior management may be. Such a disgusting service needs to be searched for)
To go in for lunch with a reserve, you need to take 3 + hours to initially wait for the waiter, then wait for your order, among other things, remind you about the dishes that were forgotten, and of course wait for the bill no less)
And this opinion is not because of a single case, it is the observation of the network of this institution in Almaty, and so far there have been no exceptions.
