Hello, I am a frequent visitor to this establishment because I like it, but unfortunately it has deteriorated a lot lately, primarily with the attitude of the staff towards the customer, constantly with a dissatisfied face (I understand everything, everyone can have bad days) BUT not all the time, but my personal opinion is that people come to a good coffee shop not only for good coffee, but also for a good mood. And secondly, the taste of coffee has deteriorated. Based on the fact that this is not the first time and not the second time, I decided that this institution is no longer for me. Fortunately, there are enough new coffee shops in our city with a better service and attitude towards people.

I rarely leave any feedback, but I can't stand it anymore.I have been going to this coffee shop for many years and I bring all my friends there.And in so many years, I have never met such disgusting and incompetent staff in this coffee shop. I ask you to pay close attention to your subordinates, how they behave and communicate with people, teach them how to behave in the workplace, it is very unpleasant, because leaving the institution there is only one continuous negative and misunderstanding (not for the first time)that I came for coffee, and not to put myself under pressure for money once again. In general, my conclusion is that until the baristas change, I personally will not set foot there, and even more so I will not advise anyone.
