I visited this place 2 times and was very disappointed both times. The first time I came in at 9 a.m. and bought a sandwich. The terminal and the microwave did not work, I had to stand in line for 20 minutes due to the fact that the cashier took a very long time to make 2 coffees. As a result, I got a cold sandwich, I asked to reheat it on the grill, the cashier brazenly refused. The second time I came in at 6 p.m. for coffee with bumble. They said it was out of stock, so I didn't lose my head and bought some orange juice at the same coffee shop and asked them to make a bumble with MY juice. We agreed, but they said the price was 10 rubles (the usual price is 7 rubles)!!!!!!!!!!!! As a result, they made me an insanely sweet bumble, also small in size, I didn't feel the taste of orange juice and coffee at all, but only smelly and sweet syrups! Horror, 1 star!

I haven't been to kofix for a long time, but today I decided to come back to drink coffee. I went to a coffee shop near Gum in Minsk. The queue is long, one barista is at the checkout and makes coffee, the atmosphere of silence is like in a funeral service. There's not even any music. After defending myself for a long time, I ran into the problem that the girls in front of me had gift certificates, which the barista had all sorts of questions about. An employee of the coffee shop calls someone, but there is silence, scans the code and nothing, the coffee shop visitors are already unhappy with this service, the queue is too.. we were stuck for another 10 minutes.... How? Why give such certificates that only harm the coffee shop and its image? I left after standing for 30 minutes, lost time, left without coffee and disappointed. People were leaving in front of me, as well as after me from the queue. Kofix's attitude towards customers is indifferent, unfortunately. I haven't been there for a long time and I won't be visiting for even longer. If marketing gave the certificates, as the girls said, then why are there so many dissatisfied customers because of marketing actions? Is this really marketing? Or the cofix pests?!
