I went to Cofix at 22 Moskovskaya Street just to have a coffee, and came out with a new idol – barista Anton Kuzmitsky. This man does not just brew coffee, he seems to be conducting a magical ritual where milk foam and espresso combine in harmony of the universe. Anton talked so enthusiastically about the varieties of beans that I began to feel like an expert, although usually my maximum is to choose between black coffee and cappuccino. And his sense of humor is a separate bonus! When asked which coffee is better to take, he replied: "What's the buzz!". I took a latte – really high! And the mood has clearly improved. Bottom line: Anton is like a Hazel nut for coffee culture, only better, because with foam. Come for coffee, stay for the atmosphere!
