I really didn't like the coffee shop. I visited twice and took specially oasis drinks and went to different baristas. At first, there was a girl who made the author's winter drink without gloves, touching the trash can and peeking at the cooking tenology. She gave me the whole glass of topingos and cream and gave it back. Now the guy on shift has come in. I thought to give a second chance and in vain. I took the raf. There was no change and I had to pay with a card (it's not the fault of the baristas, I understand everything. They made me a raf, I didn't feel the syrup at all. It was overloaded. Like from a vending machine. But I'll note that this barista is friendly and made drinks with marshmallows and other gloved ingredients, and the coffee shop looked better than the previous one.

I never write reviews, but I can't pass it by, I've been to this place three times and some kind of mess three times... other places of this coffee shop are satisfied, but for some reason something is wrong here... the first time they made a disgusting cappuccino and the donut was tasteless, and today I asked for a hot cappuccino, the girl ignored my request, as a result they served barely warm and forgot about the tube with cream + rather dirty tables. The staff is impolite, they respond very reluctantly, they are not in a hurry to take orders (even if in one)

Coffee has become like a regular, cheap car. The workers are like robots that have been programmed to work forever. They don't listen to the customer at all. They don't listen to the client's preferences. I am generally silent about the greeting and the elementary smile. I will add two points for the administration of the coffee shop. 1) Bring back the guys/girls who worked in the summer. 2) Add another "robot" to the shift, as the queues can sometimes be very long.
