When buying an ice latte in size s here, be prepared for the fact that there are no glasses of this size. You will be offered a glass for hot drinks in this size, but when you receive the order, you will not be given a straw "because there are few of them and we give them only for glasses for cold drinks." My request to give me a tube anyway, because the position is broken like an ice latte, I was refused. Like, drink like this, through the lid. In advance about the absence of a tube!!! No one warned me. These are consumables! It is a shame not to have them in the institution in the right amount and deny the client, in fact, an already paid option.

Someone works flawlessly, makes wonderful drinks.
But it also happens that in the prepared espresso tonic, more than half of the glass is foam. It happens that there is no one at all behind the counter, you wait for 10 minutes and leave. And when you leave, you see how all the baristas are standing outside and chatting animatedly.

I never write reviews, but I can't pass it by, I've been to this place three times and some kind of mess three times... other places of this coffee shop are satisfied, but for some reason something is wrong here... the first time they made a disgusting cappuccino and the donut was tasteless, and today I asked for a hot cappuccino, the girl ignored my request, as a result they served barely warm and forgot about the tube with cream + rather dirty tables.
The staff is impolite, they respond very reluctantly, they are not in a hurry to take orders (even if in one)

Неплохое место, зайти по пути перехватить кофе и перекус. Первый раз зашла за айс латте сюда, и на удивление очень понравился) раньше со скептицизмом относилась к недорогому кофе, но всё оказалось на хорошем уровне. Приятно) всем сейчас рекомендую попробовать здесь айс латте) за остальной кофе не могу говорить, вот 🤗
Особенно радует объем 0.5 л 👌

Была в Минске один день. Взяла кофе и пирожное. Мне все .понравилось. потом в Питере была в такой же кофейне. В Минске мне понравилось больше.

мало места для наслаждения кофе,рядом кфс-и плюс и минус одновременно, т. к там всегда много народу и шумно.

Кажется, будто бариста абсолютнейшие дилетанты. Нет понимания даже простейших просьб. Четыре раза у разных людей заказывала кофе - ни разу не сделали хотя бы удовлетворительно, не то, чтобы хорошо. Молоко в капучино всегда неприятной температуры, какао странного вкуса, будто разведен водой. Говорить о правильно взбитом молоке в данном случае, даже упоминать, кажется, не стоит - это на грани фантастики.

Ужасно не понравилось обслуживание. Я заказала себе раф. Вместо «Юлия, раф» меня почему-то записали «Анастасия, латте». В итоге я потратила напрасно полчаса времени на ожидание, а при этом ещё бариста меня обвинила в своей ошибке насчёт имени и кофе.
