In addition, Raf Planet B612 lacks the ingredients that are clearly visible in the photo of this drink from the menu - whipped cream and syrup. When asked "where are the missing ingredients," the barista replied that the menu was wrong and she had a recipe. There was no mention of the "wrong menu", and no apologies either. Instead, they tried to convince me that I was wrong. We didn't pay for what we wanted, the mood is spoiled. It was the worst service in Minsk coffee shops.

I took a chicken roll at this establishment on 17.07 at 21:30 and the next day I tried it - it turned out to be sour! How is that even possible? The quality of the products clearly leaves much to be desired, despite the fact that the storage conditions were not violated, the impression was very spoiled. 18.07. in the evening, I came to return this roll, explaining the situation that it should not be like this. They didn't offer me any solutions to the problem and just nodded :) the situation is like this, the money is small, but I wanted to have a delicious meal, and in the end it turned out to be sour meat with carbonated sauce. I don't even want to put one star.

It's untidy! The tables were not cleaned on time (the influx of customers was small, all the tables were dirty from previous visitors). Serving coffee and dessert is not "appetizing" at all. Eclair with cherries, alas, was not to my taste. The only three were the polite barista girls, as well as the short waiting time.
