The menu contains errors. So the seasonal "twilight caramel Latte" is actually Raf. In addition, Raf Planet B612 lacks the ingredients that are clearly visible in the photo of this drink from the menu - whipped cream and syrup. When asked "where are the missing ingredients," the barista replied that the menu was wrong and she had a recipe. There was no mention of the "wrong menu", and no apologies either. Instead, they tried to convince me that I was wrong. We didn't pay for what we wanted, the mood is spoiled. It was the worst service in Minsk coffee shops.

Bitter as the betrayal of a best friend, sour as vinegar from grandma's pickles, and cold as the heart of the owner of this establishment. Foam is just a soap slurry in which a 15 cm long hair floats and the origin is "unknown, but definitely not mine." The milk curdled in the pitcher, and they poured it in anyway, because "hey, it's normal." There's something black floating in the cup, moving, and it seems to have already started an Instagram.
