I visited one of the many Cofix outlets, and, I admit, I expected to see another fast food chain with a template offer. However, contrary to stereotypes, this network has managed to create something more than just "coffee for 8 rubles"
First of all, the concept of a fixed price attracts. In an era when every ruble counts, the opportunity to enjoy decent coffee and dessert for a modest amount is certainly a plus. Of course, you can't expect the subtle velvet of espresso or intricate latte art, but the drinks are quite decent for their price. Strong, fragrant coffee, with the right foam — what else do you need to start the day?
The range of desserts and light snacks is pleasing to the eye. Cakes, pies, sandwiches — everything looks delicious and fresh. Yes, it may not be haute cuisine, but it's quite suitable for a quick snack. I would like to note separately that many positions are prepared right on the spot, which adds points to the Cofix piggy bank.
The interior of most establishments is decorated in bright colors, with an emphasis on minimalism and functionality. The furniture is comfortable, the space is organized rationally. However, sometimes there is a lack of privacy — the noise and jostling at lunchtime can be stressful. But this is a grab-and-go coffee shop, right?
The service is prompt and friendly. Baristas and cashiers work quickly, trying to minimize queues. True, sometimes there is a certain mechanisticness of the process, but this is an inevitable disadvantage of any mass institution.
Thus, Cofix is the perfect balance between quality and price. They don't expect the wonders of gastronomy here, but they get a stable and predictable offer. For those who value speed, convenience and reasonable spending, this network will become a reliable companion.

On February 22, I visited this coffee shop for the second time, ordered the same coffee - a honey latte. And it seemed to me that this coffee differs significantly from the previous one - only the taste of coffee and milk, honey syrup or honey is felt, obviously, it was spared for me. The honey latte recipe is excellent, I wish the employees of this coffee chain to adhere to this standard.

Hello! We were at your cafe today (10/27/2024 at 4.20 pm). When ordering a set, they started preparing drinks after 10 minutes. And when they asked if the order was ready, there was no answer! Eugene and a girl with black hair and bangs were on shift.
The tables and surfaces were very dirty (there was someone's hair and crumbs from food and desserts).
Carefully select employees (staff) to your place of work! And have a conversation with your employees about treating customers with respect. And also about their main responsibilities and tasks in the workplace!
!!!Important: put a book of complaints and suggestions near the cash register.

We went to a cafe on the way to the shopping center, the girl went for a break in the middle of the queue of 4 people. I was not among the lucky ones served. After a walk through the shopping center, we went back to the same cafe an hour later. We took coffee and sat down. The two female employees left again for a 30-minute break, with the cafe full of people. In the 10 minutes that we were sitting here after they left, 15 people came into the cafe, read the sign and left. Is this normal? The shift after 18:00 is Friday, April 4th.

It is this cafe of kofix that deserves 4 out of 5 stars so far, just because for some reason they don't have a strong enough Americano. Instead of black, it is always brown. Although it's always strong on other cofixes. And it's not because of the staff's inability to make coffee that this happens. I visited different days and different people. And the girl is doing us a favor by accepting the order. Naturally, after such an attitude, I didn't want to buy anything. Let's go to a nearby coffee shop of the same chain. What a surprise it was when we saw the same barista at the next point, who discussed us and this situation with colleagues. Dear management of the network, pay attention to the standards of service and how they are NOT respected in your establishments. The staff does not know how to communicate with guests.
