I waited for an hour, but I didn't see anyone. I checked with other baristas from the same network, and they said that such breaks usually last no more than 15 minutes. I understand that there are force majeure events, but judging by the reviews, this is not an isolated case.In addition, this is not the first time that I have come across the fact that there are no suitable lids for drinks. And this is reported only after the drink is ready — when it is impossible to refuse or change the order.I hope the management will pay attention to the organization of work and the quality of service.

I went in for coffee on such a cold day and came out in a great mood!!Milan's barista helped with the selection, made wonderful coffee and lifted the mood. The coffee shop was clean and cozy, it was nice to visit this place, I think I'll come back here :)
