I don't usually write negative reviews, but this time I decided to make an exception. I arrived at the coffee shop at 12:20 - there was a technical break. I waited for an hour, but I didn't see anyone. I checked with other baristas from the same network, and they said that such breaks usually last no more than 15 minutes. I understand that there are force majeure events, but judging by the reviews, this is not an isolated case.In addition, this is not the first time that I have come across the fact that there are no suitable lids for drinks. And this is reported only after the drink is ready — when it is impossible to refuse or change the order.I hope the management will pay attention to the organization of work and the quality of service.

I didn't think I'd change the review, but! I come almost every morning for coffee and it's closed. The coffee shop never opens at 7.30 anymore, the girl/guy always comes around 8.20 and breaks until 10 a.m. Change the work schedule already, there are always crowds in the morning, and the coffee shop is not open and everyone leaves without buying a drink.

I don't understand... every time I come and do everything in different ways, for some reason they regret the match all the time, but today they were so surprised.. we made regular coffee (the joke is that the foam is green?and inside the chybyrdy), which by the way I can't stand, so I order at least some kind of match.. it's a shame when I didn't eat anything during the day and decided to "have a snack" before the road, but here it is, very unpleasant.
