We were here on 11/23/2025. there were 2 baristas at the point, but we had to wait a very long time for them to serve us. the girl, instead of going to the cash register, stood and stroked the guy on the back while he was preparing drinks. as a result, she came to the cash register with such a face, as if we had come to her house. there is NO alternative milk, sugar, etc. has not been replenished, and dirt is everywhere. coffee with the wrong foam. Please take action

I completely disagree with the negative reviews. The baristas are very nice and helpful, they give out quickly and the atmosphere is pleasant. Of all the places that we tried (about 6 locations in Minsk and Grodno), the most delicious frapuccino is Meow. Definitely come back again!

I am delighted with the professionalism of the baristas and the quick delivery of drinks. My favorite was the frappuccino meow, it's just a masterpiece, not a drink, everything fits perfectly with each other (I would really like it to be left on my menu). I visit there often, I really like everything.
