It's terrible, I've been to this point 7 times. 1) Very slow maintenance 2) a lot of items are not available or the ingredients for them, if it were once, you wouldn't have to pay attention to it, but unfortunately it happens all the time (especially with the autumn menu) 3. They can't serve according to the specified schedule, then there are technical breaks, I went in once at 7:20 (the point is open from 7:00) and the sellers say that the equipment is not warmed up, we can't do anything (normal coffee shops prepare the equipment for opening, not after it) 4. NOT DELICIOUS COFFEE (apparently, the coffee shop focuses not on improving quality, but on increasing cost. I probably wouldn't have written a review, but the last straw was coffee with the taste of sour milk (9 rubles just went into the trash)

I waited for my order for 20 minutes while 1 person solved those. a question, and the second one, standing at the coffee machine, was having a casual conversation with a colleague. At the same time, no one was in a hurry to prepare drinks. Is this the norm for two baristas on shift? The question remains open. After waiting, I was served a scalding drink, which is unbearable to hold in my hand. I didn't come here for the taste of superheated milk. Your syrup is not included in the raf. I bought the syrup separately, but this amount of syrup is a kick-ass. I threw the coffee in the trash. Please try what you cook for people. In every coffee shop you have, it's either sweet or bitter, or there's no coffee, or it's cold, or it's hot. Learn how to make coffee. Cooking is much better and more enjoyable. It is better to pay 1p on top and be sure that they will make you something normal, and not half a cup of "coffee" and half a cup of foam, because the barista does not know how to beat milk properly.
