One of the most terrible points of fixation that I've been to in Minsk. It's very dirty, there's always no cinnamon on the counter. One of my favorite cafes in Minsk! Excellent staff, who are always under strict guidance, I visit here very often and always observe how everything is organized here, the staff is incredibly pleasant and friendly, and Angelina will always solve any problem and help, I admire this place and these people, the drinks are always excellent, I tried almost all the menu on recommendation and I've never been disappointed! She is not on the way and this is why I go there purposefully, but sometimes she is closed for no reason, then there were situations that I could not pay for my coffee in any way (the terminal is empty, there is no change from 10 rubles with a check of 6.40 rubles and the cash register did not punch bonuses for free coffee), then 6-7 people will punch through the cash register and if you wait for your coffee for 20 minutes, then absolutely zero comrades are working! And with all this, the price of coffee is not at all low and it is constantly being raised! I am grateful only to barista Sonya, I am always happy if she is at work!)

Excellent location, the students are the best. However, despite the proximity of universities (which, perhaps, makes you think it will be talkative), the cafe is very cozy, calm and quiet. Anyone familiar with the cofix cafe chain knows the numerous selection of coffee and desserts. I put 4 stars only for the fact that coffee for a large size (XL) is made here as if diluted with water. In other places, cofix did not notice this. And I'm such a coffee lover that I always order the largest volumes, so I was a little disappointed here. The staff is polite, and I come here precisely because of the atmosphere and the good people-the baristas.

And it's delicious with sugar and delicious without sugar, and with syrup and without. But I visited this coffee shop for the first and last time. I ordered a flat white. It tastes like it's made from cake brewed 3 times before and diluted with earth, it's terribly tasteless, even in the end, the added sugar did not help. And the "idea" was that he just logged into the app, and of course the payment failed again) Okay, there's an ATM nearby, it's not hard for me to go withdraw money, which I do. On returning back, I see a picture: the barista and the technician who arrived are trying to fix the monitors and, as I understand it, the payment terminal. Moreover, the barista has orders that he has not yet fulfilled. He makes orders with one hand, walks back and forth, talks to the technician. I wait again for about 15 minutes, even before I place an order. Then a call comes in and the barista answers. As I understood it, it was the authorities who gave the order: to put up the sign of the TECHNICAL BREAK again. I am silent about the consumer's rights, that I AM REQUIRED to provide payment at the terminal. In the end: 40 minutes of waiting, and even without coffee) thank you!

I came to the coffee shop, there was no queue at all, the girls, looking like they had been plowing for 3 days without sleep and dissatisfied with life already at 10 o'clock in the morning, defiantly ignored and tried to actively portray activity (okay, one was preparing an order, the second was doing unnecessary running). Without waiting for my order to be accepted, I left the place in a terrible mood, barely restraining myself so as not to be rude. I haven't encountered such an attitude for a long time. I do not recommend Coffex on Petrus Brovki! Although I haven't tried the coffee myself!
