I get in such a way that there are no staff on site. I came back another day. The coffee was made tasteless: bitter, hot and impossible to handle with your hands, they poured it into a cup and did not bring it to the table. Probably a new barista. -1 star rating. There is a creamy raff on sale - they can't cook it. I came on 3 different days, and there was no cream on all the days.

The worst Copycat I've ever seen. There is nothing from the menu except regular coffee, there are no author's and seasonal ones. And then it turned out that there was no change from 20 rubles. 20! rubles, not two hundred. At the same time, the girl at the counter simply said that there were no drinks and no change, no solution was offered, and even "sorry" did not sound once. I found myself at different times in the morning near the establishment: 8:30, 9:10, 8:43 - no hint of an opening more than an hour away from the indicated one. The service is disgusting, and when asked if syrup has been added to the drink, there is eye-rolling and tongue-clicking. The coffee itself is bitter, superheated to boiling water, bubbles instead of foam are a compliment from the barista. Either close the coffee shop or put things in order already at last

I arrived at 7:50 for my morning coffee, I go into the coffee shop, and the barista girl, lazily shifting sandwiches back and forth and charmingly sticking to the phone, snorted in a very unpleasant and rude voice that they were closed. I looked at the door, and there was some kind of stub of masking tape with some incomprehensible symbols, from which I managed to find out that they had a technical break either until 8:20, or until 9:20. Why is there no normal sign about it? Why does a coffee shop take a technical break during rush hour? Why is the barista just simulating an active activity at this time? It's very unpleasant, I'm going to work without coffee.

There is always something missing, you only find out about it upon ordering. There are no employees on site all the time, usually during rush hour. 50/50 you may get rude or friendly. You either close this point or put it in order. The barista's jackets are lying on the floor, they go to get the milk themselves, they never work on time. It seems that this is the worst point not only of the cofix, but among coffee shops in general. 1. They do not work according to the schedule indicated on the doors. No matter how I pass by, I notice that they start working at random times. 2. They sell delinquency and nonconditioning. Coffee shop guests, check the dates of manufacture. 3. The quality of coffee preparation is a nightmare. The bubbles are gigantic, overheated, the coffee itself is overexposed and burnt, poured with water. By the way, I was refused a refund under the pretext of "I don't know how to do it" and "yes, it's not such a big delay yet" and they made faces in front of other guests, as if I was such a bad evil person who didn't refuse a refund, didn't pick up frankly bad products and was delaying the queue. The treatment of the guests, by the way, also leaves much to be desired. It was unfriendly from the very beginning, they hurried with the choice, so they wanted to make me wait with the return until everyone else in the queue was released. It's a great idea, but there's no endless stream in the morning and no one needs to go to work. How long would I have to wait, I wonder?
