I was delighted with the service at the coffee shop in this shopping center, I didn 't drink coffee all through my pregnancy and then decided to order , but what used to be delicious for me now didn 't suit me at all and the girl at the checkout noticed it and offered to completely redo everything for my new taste preferences for free . She left me satisfied . It 's amazing A delicious cup of coffee🙏it feels so good , it's not just professionalism, it's humanity ☝️I love it ❤

I will leave a review late . I visited this coffee shop often. I ordered an ice Americano. The girl made me a regular Americano, when I announced that I had ordered an ice Americano, the girl became rude and said that she cooked what they asked for.. when I insisted, she just added ice to the hot coffee and defiantly said your ICE Americano... I don't visit this coffee shop anymore.

Hello! I'm very upset about this coffee shop. I used to go there every day after work; two pretty girls worked, and now a guy. Well, okay, I have no complaints about him, but the girl Masha (according to the cry of friends) is a boor. He communicates with friends in the workplace, ignoring the guest, being rude. The foam on the cappuccino is like soap, full of bubbles. Dirt and crumbs where the lids are. I ask the management of this network to take control of this employee.

I have always been skeptical about this network, but yesterday I completely made sure that it doesn't cost anything to buy in this "coffee shop". We bought lemonade, gave 10 rubles for 2 glasses, raspberry mint. As a result, we received a bonafide with ice, even the syrups were not felt. It's better to buy at the KFS than in this place, at least it will be delicious there. I probably should have gone back and written a complaint in the book, but I didn't come back because I was very tired after work.

I am very disappointed with the service at this Cofix point. The young employee behaved rudely, raised her voice, justifying this by saying that she was a "siren". She asked me to install an application for awarding points, but during the installation process she began to demand payment sharply, although she did not initially explain the procedure. As a result, when the payment was made, it turned out that it was already pointless to install the application. Additionally, the cheesecake was given out without a container — just in a bag, and the absence of packaging was not notified in advance. I was extremely dissatisfied with the visit.

For some reason, I had to take a glass and go look for this lid, so that after I left, the barista, miraculously, remembered about it and decided to call me so that I could go and take the lid, because she couldn't know that they weren't at the customer counter :) Before that she worked there a nice girl, when there were any incidents with her and there were no questions. He talks adequately, and even if something was missing, he didn't want to be negative. Immediately...)
