It is for this reason that I never take cappuccino and Americano here, I always try to erase the taste of coffee with syrup or sugar. This is not individual for this coffee shop, but in general for the entire network, and for this a minus point. Specifically for this point, 10 out of 10!

I often go because I'm close to home. The place is nice, cozy, even the coffee is delicious, but if you would still listen and do what you ordered. They never called my name correctly, no matter what form I pronounced it.
