A point on Bobruisk Street. Opposite Galileo. I go there for the third time and am "charmed" by the service for the third time. Last time out of three people (!) my order was lost, and then it was mixed up.
The day before last, they showed me pain and fatigue with all their appearance.
I finished it off today. I'm coming in. I stare at the cashier's girlfriend, who is busy with the phone, for a minute. I'm waiting. Ignore it. After a while, I say "hello" to her, and, oh, horror, how dare they distract from business. With the look of a dying deer, they slapped a glass on the table for me without making a sound.
Yes, almost everyone can have problems with employees. But keeping those who are just slowly killing the business and reputations of the points is a pain.
My first negative review in a thousand years of life. But how much do you have to be a disgusting employee to spoil my life armor mood.

They don't sell bottled water, only if they pour it into a glass. Little plastic is used! Although it used to be quiet here, bottled water was purchased. The coffee shop is located next to the train station, that is, many people buy water for the road, but it is inconvenient to carry it in a glass. The barista is distracted and does not remember what was in the order: she mixed up both of the two positions. The puff was not very fresh. There is a strong shortage of staff. Sometimes I had to wait 15 minutes just to place an order, since 1 person works, I don't say anything about waiting for it to be completed.
