Great coffee shop! The staff is polite, friendly, and the service is top notch! All the baristas are smiling :) The coffee is wonderful, especially the interesting so-called seasonal menu) Visually, everything is also great: the coffee shop itself is clean and tidy, and the drinks are also pleasing to the eye.

The staff is extremely inexperienced and incompetent , the young guy is completely unaware of the assortment and was heavily distracted by extraneous matters during service (in particular, it was vaping). there was zero customer orientation , as well as the expectation was absolutely incomprehensible , they just placed the order without saying anything , and it was not clear what they had placed at all. they didn't break through my barcode , they didn't even ask about it, in short , they spoiled the mood a little ;)
