Bon with vanilla worth 6 rubles may have once been the most delicate, as the advertisement on the menu says, but it wasn't even last week, it's good if a month has not passed. Заходила за кофе 24.07, ожидала быстро взять напиток и пойти, но не тут то было. Очереди не было, но пришлось постараться, чтобы обратить на себя внимание барышни за стойкой. Она несколько раз кинула на меня взгляд и как ни в чем не бывало продолжила общаться с двумя молодыми людьми, которые судя по всему не являлись работниками кофейни. Но при этом сидели прямо на каунтере, где должны делать кофе и весело смеялись. В итоге, когда супер важный разговор был окончен, дамочка все таки соизволила принять у меня заказ. И тут из проема появляется другая девушка, с бирюзовыми кончиками волос. Она же быстро сделала мне мой раф с ванильным сиропом и в целом была мила. А нахалка что пробивала мне чек так и продолжила светскую беседу. Советую руководству нанимать на работу более ответственных сотрудников, а не малолеток на 1-2 месяца. Очень портят все впечатление.

В меню указан сок свежевыжатый размера L, для увеличения обьема зачем то добавляют лёд, не предупредили заранее. Я увидела, что девушка насыпает лед и крикнула, что лед не нужен, она якобы не услышала. Переделывать не стала. Парень с ней на кассе стоял, начал отвечать, что я ничего не говорила им про лед. Ужасно
