Yesterday we visited a coffee shop with my wife, ordered L-sized coffee. After preparing our drinks, we found out a very unpleasant news-there are NO lids and cup holders! At a minimum, you should warn about this and offer an alternative even BEFORE paying for the order. Do you think I should walk down the street with a terribly hot glass (the coffee in which was definitely hotter than normal)without a cup holder and WITHOUT a LID??? The barista didn't even apologize after the remark from us, but just threw up his hands and said that he couldn't do anything about it, and the girl standing behind him just watched the situation with a smirk on her face…
Impressions from the point remained extremely unpleasant. I don't think we'll visit this point again.

there is nothing here all the time, one day there is only bubble gum from syrups, another day there is no spicy bumble, there is no kinder chocolatte, I came another day, there is no average glass of M, so they can't make ice latte for me either, they say we can make s, as a result, instead of ice latte I got a regular hot one (not even hot, but barely warm) 😭, for a nice barista girl I will put 2 stars, this is the maximum
