In July 2023, we received a shelving system from Cold Art Shelving Systems, and installation was made at our workplace. From the very first day, the shelves are crooked, swaying and toppling even in a small shelf arrangement. There is a very serious risk of injury if it were to topple over at a time when my clients are present. In fact, once a shelf toppled over on me, I suffered an injury to my arm, I sent photos to Orçun Bey. Their first excuse was “the floor is crooked”. So we dismantled the products and took them to their own shops, where we set them up again. The result? Crooked again, unstable again. So the problem is not on the ground, but a complete product/installation error. Mr. Orçun repeatedly said, ”I'll take care of it," gave a date. Every time he either postponed it or forgot about it. Then he started not looking at the phones completely. I've called him many times, he hasn't returned. When he persistently called dozens of times, he gave me Mr. Can's number on WhatsApp and said, “contact him.” On November 20, 2024, Mr. Can came, made measurements, understood the source of the problem, and promised, “We will fix it.” He said he would solve it in a week. After that day, he also did not answer the phones, did not return messages. In this process, I have: All WhatsApp correspondence, Photos of installation and errors, Injury images, There are records that Mr. Can came to my workplace on 20.11.2024 and made measurements. I've been working with these shelves for about 2 years and every time I touch it, it feels like it's going to tip over. There is a great danger from the point of view of customer safety. But the company has no interest. There is pre-sale interest, after-sale it is completely “sold-out-done” head. Promises are not kept, communication is interrupted. Moreover, after putting the shelves in my store, they took photos and shared them as a “reference” in their ads. Anyone who wants to buy a shelf can come to my workplace and see it live to see the real version of the store that appears in those ads! The only purpose of writing this comment is so that no one else will experience the disappointment that we experienced. If you are going to work with this company, do not expect after-sales support.
