A friend from St. Petersburg arrived, and we decided to play Escape from Tarkov calmly and lovingly. We received a call in advance and were assured that the game was installed and everything was working. We arrived at the place, and then the problems started. It turned out that the game had not been updated, then the system started to issue errors due to the antivirus. The solution was to simply disable it, but unfortunately, the administrator turned out to be far from computers and could not really help. We started contacting technical support, and the process dragged on. As a result, we just sat and waited for almost two hours for something to be decided. As a result, only one of the two computers was able to start, after which we just went home. Two hours of the evening were wasted. Separately, I would like to note the condition of the equipment: fat keyboards and mice, the microphone was constantly falling off. The computers themselves are heavily cluttered — everything takes a long time to load, the memory is clogged, and the RAM is clearly insufficient for the computer club level. The Internet is unstable. Even on the PC where the game was still able to run, there were freezes, although with such hardware the game should work perfectly. Unfortunately, it seems that the machinery and the condition of the equipment are practically not monitored here. We are very disappointed with the visit
