We received a call in advance and were assured that the game was installed and everything was working. We arrived at the place, and then the problems started. It turned out that the game had not been updated, then the system started to issue errors due to the antivirus. The solution was to simply disable it, but unfortunately, the administrator turned out to be far from computers and could not really help. We started contacting technical support, and the process dragged on. As a result, we just sat and waited for almost two hours for something to be decided. As a result, only one of the two computers was able to start, after which we just went home. Two hours of the evening were wasted. Separately, I would like to note the condition of the equipment: fat keyboards and mice, the microphone was constantly falling off. The computers themselves are heavily cluttered — everything takes a long time to load, the memory is clogged, and the RAM is clearly insufficient for the computer club level. The Internet is unstable. Even on the PC where the game was still able to run, there were freezes, although with such hardware the game should work perfectly. Unfortunately, it seems that the machinery and the condition of the equipment are practically not monitored here. We are very disappointed with the visit

I came to play overwatch. I immediately paid for 10 hours of play, because I was going to play a tournament. After 2 hours of being in the club, it did not work out to play. At first, there was no necessary game in the bot launcher, the administrator tried to solve this problem for half an hour, but it did not work. At my suggestion, I was transferred to another place, but I couldn't play there either. The download speed was 2 Mbit/s, which means 2 days of download for a 46 GB game. Later, an error came out and the download stopped altogether. It was the same with two other computers. There is a lot of noise in the club, there is no isolation of the VIP zones: the rest of the ogres can be heard in them (outside the VIP zone) and it is very stuffy (ventilation is only in 1 of the three zones). I was extremely dissatisfied with going to the club, I do not advise anyone.

I came in the evening on 14.11, took the most powerful computer and wanted to play cs 2. But then it turns out that the 8 gig update was not downloaded on more than one computer, well, that's okay, I waited 20 minutes, set everything up, start the game, and immediately realize that the game is wildly lagging, and the FPS is normal, but there are delays and there is no smoothness in the game. And then in the middle of the rink, apparently because of the load, my monitor just turns off and does not turn on. I ask the administrator to transfer to another computer, wait 20 minutes for downloading, I go in and also lags, I was shocked, I looked, and the C disk was almost completely clogged, cleaned, but still lags. I decided to set other settings to low, the cop immediately crashes, starts checking files for 15 minutes, and still does not work, and even if it logs on to the server, it immediately throws it out, because it swears anti-cheat, which allegedly costs something extra. I ask you to transfer to another computer again, I wait 20 minutes for the game to jump and everything seems to be fine, but the dirty monitor is very disturbing, I ask the administrator to wash the monitor, but it does not wash, I ask you to transplant again. And already from 4 transfers and 4 jumps of the game, everything was fine, nothing lagged, although the keyboard was filled with something that some keys just pressed badly, but for me then it seemed like a trifle. The club is frankly not very, very bad hardware. The only thing to smooth out the situation is a good admin, who himself was shocked by the situation, even gave time with bonuses and tried in every possible way to help, his name is Alexey, if not for him, he would have left an hour later. I will also highlight good headphones and a mouse that I was given on the admin panel, really comfortable devices. There are almost 40 rubles left on the balance sheet, but I'm not even ready to go there for free, I don't advise anyone to go there in their life.

Plus, the COLIZEUM has the same visitors as me. Many people have a bakery or a console at home, but they continue to come here. When I arrived at the place , I asked if it was possible to play PS5 all night and also if I could play PC , pointing to what is written under the asterisk ( as I understood , we pay 10 per night and we can play curling iron the same way ) to which they replied that it was not clearly but affirmatively and said the amount of 25p ( I wonder where it is written about it in the price list , about 25p ) . After paying for the first thing I came across, the administrator did not even check the place where the previous visitors were sitting, but simply said come on, I'll turn everything on. After going to the place, I picked up the gamepad and what do you think? He 's all sticky and sweaty ... having asked for a napkin , I sat and wiped it myself , it 's already starting to be cool . After 10-15 minutes, they came up to me and turned on the system , telling me how to download and what to press ( maybe a predirka , but if I had paid an hour before I would have already played for 45 minutes ) , then I asked if I could connect my Bluetooth headphones , to which they replied that they were available and would bring them now . Do you think they brought it? They brought it until I came up and reminded them , although at least when the administrator left me there were no people and he just seemed to give up on me .
