The college itself is not bad, there are grants. However, the outdated training material is mainly taught on gaz-53 and ZIL-130 vehicles. As such, there is no production practice, they kick at organizations where you are engaged with a broom or anything but the work of a mechanic. The only thing I was pleased with was the welding and turning practice, where you will really learn the basics.
